Module 2 - Mind and Emotions

Firstly let me congratulate you on taking such a positive stand in support of yourself. This programme will assist you to Maximise your Health and Wellbeing over a very much longer life, and to have a Trim, Flexible, Youthful and generally Healthy Body which enjoys Abundant Energy.

Week by week we will be expanding your integration with a body and mind that will be longer lived, ​more healthy, more joyful, and all the while having better relationships.

This week is the week of MIND and EMOTIONS. The Audio is accessible through the button below the videos. Please watch the videos before listening to the audio.

There are two videos to watch.

The First video looks at the relationship of the Mind (including the emotional and practical/instinctive minds as well as the intellect) and the topic of the module​.

The Second video looks at how the body as a physical organism with multiple systems is affected by the focus for this module.

The audios can be accessed below. The first is the anchor audio. It should be listened to at least once a week while you are following the program. It is a constant and essential resource for your subconscious and unconscious mind generally.

The second audio is the specific audio for this module. It changes from module to module. I suggest you listen daily to this a minimum of 6 times. There is​ no optimum maximum, but listening to either the anchor audio or the module audio once a day is recognised as producing good results.

Module 1 - Mind and Emotions - Summary of content.

Below is the summary of the content contained within the subliminal audio file.

This week focuses on the mind and emotion level of the body, starting at how the cells behave all the way up through organs and systems.

In this way of describing it we are actually considering the mind level of these small body parts and their systems.

The list of areas of your body and their function we particularly focus on within the audio are

  • ​Hypothalamus
  • Pituitary
  • Liver
  • Pancreas
  • Thyroid
  • Adrenals
  • Ovaries or Testes
  • Muscle
  • White Fat
  • Bone
  • Fascia

All of these parts of the body play multiple pivotal roles in managing how much weight your body is storing, how much energy you have, and the general health of your body.

Our focus is on the perfect functioning of these body parts and their harmonious integration into the various systems of the body. The end goal is the “Body of your Dreams”

Our focus at the higher level of the mind and emotions is on

  • Love of Self
  • Natural Desire for body movement
  • Feeling full once nutrient needs are met
  • Being Objective
  • Seeing food as a gift
  • Choice of food being for energy and body building, or pleasure or a mix of both
  • Awakening
  • The connections between relationship issues and the body holding weight and other matters
  • Decisions about your personal path
  • Cooperation and collaboration internally and externally
  • Self managed balance and harmony on all levels

We draw attention to the common pathological tendencies and their relationship to physical issues in the body as follows

  • Adequacy
  • Fear of failure,
  • Fear of success,
  • Fear of death,
  • Fear of illness,
  • Fear of Ageing
  • Fear of relationship issues,
  • Fear of money issues,
  • Fear of growth of self

We affirm the natural tendencies as follows

  • Being born perfect and maintaining perfection throughout life

    Accepting the realities of your situation throughout life

  • Having a loving attitude to ourselves, our family, our community, and the wider expressions of consciousness
  • Self improvement and self realisation
  • Sustaining relationships both internally and with others.

How to get the best from THRIVE

The best results occur when you take your time with the material and let the effects occur naturally. The program is based on sequential modules and bonus material. Each module has at least two videos which should ideally be watched in sequence, and also audio components which need many repetitions to yield best results. To give you an idea of the scale of what you experience in the program a person taking 3 weeks per module and listening to the audio for 30 minutes each day will be exposed to approximately 1 million subliminal suggestions. This staggering number of positive affirmations will take their effect and change will progressively occur.

So an ideal way to approach this would be to allow 30 minutes per day for the audios, and a minimum of one week per module.

For many taking 3 weeks or more over each module will produce better results. I have yet to find anyone who can assimilate this material fully in less than a week per module however.​

Most people I have observed doing the program find themselves stuck at one or more modules. The material in the module is triggering to them and they need more time. My recommendation is therefore to just allow the time.

Be kind to yourself, absorb everything, operate from Love, Acceptance, and Gratitude​ and you will find success.

This series of modules and all of the supporting information is built upon a diverse range of research including the life's work of Neil Dougan (Me).

The original work focussed only on a very narrow expression of optimal health and only for people that were struggling with their weight. This narrow focus helped me to highlight the complexities of the systems of your being, and it was soon obvious that the work we were engaged in was not only about how your body manages fat but covered almost every conceivable aspect of the body and mind.

This is the road to elective immortality where your body can potentially cease aging, and indeed could be electively reset to a so called "earlier" version of yourself, and further for that version to be in superlative health and adjustment in every level of your being.

To achieve this the mind and the body have to become highly adjusted to this intention. THRIVE will take you down this track. It is a journey rather than a destination, however extraordinary things come to people who follow this material thoroughly and with dedication to the process.
